Tony Harris and his team of consultants completed a joint venture land sale to National Housebuilders’ Taylor Wimpey plc. The site located in Kirton, Suffolk, benefitted from Outline Planning Consent for 43 dwellings and formed part of B&M Concrete Products which has subsequently relocated nearby.

The joint venture was negotiated between Mike Downing the landowner and Tony’s company by Steve Roper of Land Solutions and Taylor Wimpey dealt with the planning process. Suffolk Coastal District Planning Department supported the scheme and on receipt of formal consent the deal was completed to all parties satisfaction.
